Ralph Ayala III Corporate Vice President & Project/Safety Manager

Mr. Ayala started with the company in 1996 after completing active military service in the United States Marine Corps. As Project Manager he schedules all projects, dispatching employees, equipment, and materials where needed. As Safety Manager he enforces safety training, holds safety meetings, and montors the testing and certifications required. He holds certifications for Drug & Alcohol Supervisor Training, Communicator Training, BNSF Safety Training, First Aid & CPR, Competent Person, 40 Hour HAZWOPER and Gas Tester. He has an Associate Degree in general education.

Dean B. Ayala Estimator / Purchasing Manager

Mr. Ayala started with the company in 2003 after completing both Active and Reserve military service in the United States Marine Corps. He is in charge of coordinating all projects the company bids, equipment acquisition and purchasing. Mr. Ayala holds certifications in PSS (AchieveGlobal). 40 Hour HAZWHOPPER, First Aid & CPR., Gas Tester and Safety Rep of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health. Mr. Ayala is also a member of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Specialized Services Bureau.

Mrs. Ayala has been with Ayala Boring Inc. for more than 29 years. She is in charge of marketing.

As a union contractor the company is signatory to the International Union of Operating Engineers and the Southern California District Council of Laborers. The company is a 24-year member of the Engineering Contractors Association (ECA).
